NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Manzanita Public Charter School’s Middle School Curriculum Adoption

​

IT IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manzanita Public Charter School will hold a public hearing on the recommended adoptions of instructional materials in the subjects of Mathematics, Science, English and Language Arts (ELA), Health and World Languages.


The public hearing will be held at a regular meeting of the Manzanita Governance Board on

Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

The board meeting starts at 3:30 PM at the following location:
Manzanita Public Charter School Staff Lounge
991 Mountain View Blvd.
Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA 93437


NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that copies of the documents are available to interested members of the public on the school’s website https://www.manzanitacharterschool.com/ and during normal business hours on Wednesdays April 9, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the following location:
Manzanita Public Charter School Multiple Purpose Room (MPR) 991 Mountain View Blvd.

The Manzanita Public Charter School Governance Board is required to make determinations as to the adoption of all textbooks/instructional materials that is consistent with the common standards and cycles
of curriculum framework adopted by the State Board of Education.


The Manzanita Governance Board will take action on the recommendations for curriculum approval at the regular board meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 3:30 PM.
